Private Sessions with Phoenix – Payment is required upon booking.

When booking a session, your booking date and time is NOT confirmed until full payment has been made via the online booking system and directly via correspondence with Phoenix.

Credit Card will incur a 2.2% processing fee added by Square. Bank transfers do not incur a processing fee.

Rescheduling your Appointment:

To reschedule your appointment, I require as much notice as possible. Ideally 3 days notice to reschedule your appointment.

I understand that life can be unpredictable and if you have an emergency or are unwell and can’t attend your appointment on the day, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange another day.

Cancelling Your Appointment:

I require 1 weeks notice to cancel a private session or House or Land Clearing to receive a full refund. Should less than 1 weeks notice be provided you will be charged 30% of the fee. Should less than 3 days notice be provided you will be charged 50% of the fee. Should less than 24hrs notice be provided you will be charged 100% of the fee.
